The Steam for Linux platform has been getting a lot of attention lately, and many of the games that have been released have Linux support, which means that top sellers change all the time.

We usually take a look at the top sellers on the Steam for Linux platform because it's a good tool to see what users are preferring and what they are buying. In this way, more users find out about the good games that are available at any given time. If we couple this with the fact that Steam also has a very good rating system, then we can be pretty certain that the games in the top are also very good.

We'll take a closer look at five of the most sold games on Steam for Linux. The games at the top don't change unless there is a serious sale going on, but it looks like there are at least a couple of new entries.

In the number five position, we find Garry's Mod, which is not even a game. It's physics sandbox based on the Source engine that lets users do pretty much anything they want to. It's been around for a long time, and it has managed to remain in the top all this time.

The number four is Rust, an online survival FPS that's been an Early Access since its release back in 2013. It's still one of the most played games on Steam, and developers don't seem to have any intention of promoting this to stable. In fact, it's the same studio that does Garry's Mod.

Breach & Clear: Deadline is on three, and it's a new entry in the top. It might have something to do with the 30% discount that will remain in place until July 27. This is a hybrid tactical strategy game that has been very well received by the community.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is now in the second place, and it's, in fact, down one position. This is the latest Counter-Strike, and it doesn't really need any kind of description.

The first place in this top is occupied by a newer game that managed to make its way. It's called ARK: Survival Evolved, and it's also an Early Access game. It's also an online survival FPS, but it has dinosaurs, and you can't really beat that.

Enjoy!
