It's the first day of July, and Arch Linux users already know what this means. Yes, that's right, a new ISO respin, Arch Linux 2016.07.01, has been made available for download.

Arch Linux 2016.07.01 is now the latest and most up-to-date ISO installer of the lightweight and independent operating system loved by many computer users from all over the world. It's here with the latest GNU/Linux technologies and software versions.

Best of all, Arch Linux 2016.07.01 is the first Arch Linux ISO image to ship with a kernel from the latest and most advanced Linux 4.6 kernel series. To be more precise, Linux kernel 4.6.3 is onboard the new Arch Linux 2016.07.01 ISO.
