Apple's Store is currently down, with Cupertino working along to get ready for the unveiling of their new iPhone models as part of an event at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino.

“Be right back. We’re making updates to the Apple Store. Check back soon.” is the current message displayed to all customers trying to connect to the Apple Store.

The Apple Store is going down every year before significant hardware reveals allowing Apple to prepare the inclusion of the new models, with an expected timeline of getting back up in approximately three or four hours, after the keynote is over.

Apple is rumored to unveil three new iPhone models today, all designed to be iPhone X successors and to follow the same edge-to-edge design with the notch hiding the Face ID sensor array at the top.

New iPhone and Apple Watch models to be added

The three new iPhones should be named iPhone XS, iPhone XS Plus/Max, and iPhone XC according to a slew of rumors and leaks, with the first two coming with hardware upgrade nestled within the same body factor we all know from the iPhone X.

The third iPhone, the iPhone XC is supposed to be a slightly cheaper iPhone X heir, powered by the new A12 included within all three devices, but with slightly less RAM and a 6.1-inch LCD instead of OLED.

Apple will also introduce the new Apple Watch Series 4, with a probable addition of a digital face coupled with a UV sensor, as well as an upgraded heart-rate tracking sensor for highly improved heart-rate monitoring and designed to provide far more accurate readings.

They are also believed to have worked on and to unveil a new iPad Pro this year featuring the Face ID tech, as well as upgraded AirPods and other similar accessories.

Cupertino will also announce the final versions of iOS 12 and watchOS 5 during today's event, with an official rollout date set for the next few days, most probably on September 14.
