What began on August 27 with the official invitations sent by Apple to various media outlets will come to a conclusion on September 9 when all rumors and predictions will prove to be true or not.

At the moment, given the secrecy surrounding all Apple events, there's only one certainty: the fact that the “Hey Siri, give us a hint” keynote will take place in California, at the Bill Graham auditorium in San Francisco, at 10 a.m. PDT.

Given the Siri tagline, one can only speculate as to what will be the exact theme of the event, but fortunately, the rumor list is as long as the list of Apple devices.

iPhone 6s and 6s Plus

For starters, let's begin with the most probable stars of the "Hey Siri" event, Apple's new iPhone models.

According to the latest rumors and leaked information, both phones will sport the same design available in the current large-sized iPhone models, with a slight difference: they will most probably be a little thicker in order to accommodate a possible three-layer pressure sensitive Force Touch display.

The iPhone 6s should also be made out of the Series 7000 alloy used in the current Apple Watch Sport, a 60% stronger alloy than ordinary aluminum. Coupled with the increase in thickness, this should avoid the new devices joining the iPhone 6 Plus bendgate scandal.

More importantly, the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will also come with an upgraded CPU, dubbed the A9 and 2GB of RAM, effectively doubling the amount of memory available on the 6 and 6 Plus models.

Furthermore, the new larger iPhones will also come in Rose Gold, a fourth color besides the now traditional space gray, gold, and white.

Another plausible upgrade would be better front and rear cameras, with 1080p ready one on the front and a 4K capable camera on the back.

iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4

The always present in the rumor mill iPad with a huge screen might just make its first appearance at this year's September 9 event according to multiple sources. The new iPad will have a 12.9-inch display, possibly Force Touch enabled like the ones available in the new iPhone 6s.

Additionally, users should expect it to feature a stylus, an instrument that should have never seen the light of day at the Cupertino-based research and development center if Steve Jobs would still be around.

The iPad Mini 4 is yet another device rumored to be unveiled on September 9, and it should feature upgraded cameras and a snappy A8 processor.

Apple TV 4

Even though until now the Apple TV has not received a lot of love from Apple, this year it is supposed to take center stage as a completely revamped box.

The most important additions will be the new search capability powered by a new iOS 9 core, as well as the long-awaited and now-restyled remote control designed to make using the Apple TV a lot easier.

Moreover, the Apple TV 4 is also supposed to get new Bluetooth-enabled gamepads, which should make it the center of the living room in each Apple-powered house around the globe.

OS X El Capitan, iOS 9 and watchOS 2

As is customary each fall, Apple should also present some of the new features present in the future OS X and iOS versions, some of them already uncovered by those that installed the public betas available for free for anyone with a sweet tooth for beta software.

In addition, Apple should also unveil a new watchOS release, the watchOS 2, which should make your Watch even more powerful and user-friendly.

On the whole, there is a lot that Apple should unveil but it remains to be seen exactly which of the rumors hit their target and which will just fall, completely missing Bill Graham auditorium' stage at the September 9 event.
