Apple today released the fourth Beta of its forthcoming iOS 11, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, watchOS 4, and tvOS 11 operating systems to developers enrolled in the Apple Developer program.

It's been two weeks since Apple published the Beta 3 builds of iOS 11, macOS 10.13, watchOS 4, and tvOS 11, and today's Beta 4 releases are here to add an extra layer of performance improvements and security fixes to the upcoming operating systems, which developers can install as we speak from their Apple Developer accounts.

The iOS 11 Beta 4 (15A5327g), macOS High Sierra 10.13 Beta 4 (17A315i), watchOS 4 Beta 4 (15R5331g), and tvOS 11 Beta 4 (15J5333f) can be installed via OTA (Over-the-Air) update system on iOS, watchOS, and tvOS, as well as by using the macOS Developer Beta Access Utility for macOS High Sierra.

iOS 11, macOS High Sierra 10.13, and tvOS 11 Public Beta 3 coming soon

The fourth Beta development releases of iOS 11, macOS High Sierra 10.13, watchOS 4, and tvOS 11 operating systems are accompanied by the Xcode 9 Beta 4 IDE, which includes the latest iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS Beta SDKs, as well as macOS Server 5.4 Beta 4, Apple Configurator 2.5 Beta 3, and Classroom 2.1 Beta 3.

At this time, the Swift Playgrounds 2 app that adds support for Swift 4 and the iOS 11 SDK, including ARKit and access to the camera, remains at the Beta 2 build released on June 28, 2017. Apple is also expected to launch the iOS 11, macOS High Sierra 10.13, and tvOS 11 Public Beta 3 build to public beta testers in the coming days.

Lots of bug fixes are included in the Beta 4 snapshot as Apple has started preparing to finalize the upcoming major updates, which should be unveiled this fall along with new devices, including the rumored iPhone 8. Some minor UI tweaks are also present, as the Contacts, Notes and Reminders apps apparently received new icons.
