Apple has released today, April 24, 2017, the fourth Beta builds of the upcoming iOS 10.3.2, macOS 10.12.5 Sierra, watchOS 3.2.2, and tvOS 10.2.1 operating systems to registered developers and public beta testers.

Tagged as builds 14F5086a for iOS 10.3.2 Beta 4, 16F67a for macOS 10.12.5 Beta 4, 14V5485a for watchOS 3.2.2 Beta 4, and 14W5583a for tvOS 10.2.1 Beta 4, they are available for testing right now from your Apple Developer account, as well as via the OTA update system of the iOS and watchOS operating systems.

We hate to disappoint you again, but Apple didn't publish any information in the release notes of the Beta 4 update about the changes implemented since the third Beta release, except for the fact that the tvOS 10.2.1 minor point release will bring only bug fixes and security improvements.

Same thing probably goes for the iOS 10.3.2 Beta 4, macOS Sierra 10.12.5 Beta 4, and watchOS 3.2.2 Beta 4 builds, which we recommend installing on your registered devices if you're running Beta 3 or a previous update. For that, you must have the configuration profile installed directly on your supported device.

Public Beta 4 of iOS 10.3.2 and macOS 10.12.5 Sierra out now

Apple Watch users should keep in mind that they need to first install the iOS 10.3.2 Beta 4 update to be able to update to watchOS 3.2.2 Beta 4, and macOS users need to run the Sierra Developer Beta Access Utility to download the latest macOS Sierra Beta. Also note that tvOS 10.2.1 supports only 4th generation Apple TV devices.

Those of you who haven't managed to jump into the iOS or macOS Public Beta testing can follow the instructions provided on our in-depth "Here's How to Install iOS 10 Public Beta on Your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch" and "Here's How to Install macOS Sierra 10.12 Public Beta on Your Mac Right Now" tutorials.

However, we don't recommend you to install a Beta version of a software project if you want to have a bug-free experience. These are unstable builds, and you should have a backup of your devices before attempting to switch to the Beta channel. The Beta 4 update comes exactly one week after the Beta 3 milestone.
