New banks are supported in Finland, France, and Italy

Apple Pay expansion continues today with support for dozens of new banks and credit unions across the US, but also in China and a few European countries, including Italy, France, and Finland.

Focusing primarily on a broader United States expansion for its Apple Pay payment service, Apple's list of supported banks and credit unions now includes  Act 1st Federal Credit Union, Bradford National Bank, Dallas Capital Bank, Farmers Bank and Trust, First Pryority Bank, Meredith Village Savings Bank, School District 3 Federal Credit Union, and First National Bank of Anson.

The list continues with Adirondack Trust Company, City of Boston Credit Union, AllWealth Federal Credit Union, Decatur County Bank, Auburn Community Federal Credit Union, Cedar Falls Community Credit Union, Deerwood Bank, Farmers State Bank [IA], First Utah Bank, Heritage Bank [WA], Marion Community Credit Union, FNB Anson, GECU, HomeStreet Bank, and Lowry State Bank.

Peoples National Bank of Kewanee, Maspeth Federal Savings, Primebank, School Employees Lorain County Credit Union, Mechanics Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank, Mocse Federal Credit Union, Quantum Credit Union, Somerset Trust Company, Northern Bank, R.I.A. Federal Credit Union, State Highway Patrol Federal Credit Union, and Redding Bank of Commerce also support Apple Pay.

Apple Pay now supports more new banks in China and France

The United States expansion of Apple Pay also lists Webster First Federal Credit Union, The Citizens Bank [SC], United Business & Industry, Valley National Bank [NY and OK], The Harbor Bank of Maryland, The Clay City Banking Company, and VisionBank of Iowa as Apple tries to bring its payment service to almost all banks and credit unions across the country.

As for the international expansion, Apple Pay is now supported with the Credit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest, Credit Mutuel Massif Central, Credit Mutuel de Bretagne, Arkea Banque Privee, Fortuneo Banque, Lydia, and Max banks in France, the YangQuan City Commercial Bank and Bank of Quanzhou in China, and Hype and Nexi (CartaSi and ICBPI) in Italy, and Edenred (Ticket Restaurant cards) in Finland.
