14 DAY TRIAL // Actress Anna Faris, wife of actor Chris Pratt, has always been in excellent shape, but she is now thinner than before - and not because she’s on a diet or staying active. According to the latest in OK! Magazine, she’s “wasting away” because her marriage is falling apart.
Pratt’s career has reached unexpected and incredible peaks in recent years, starting with his addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe through “Guardians of the Galaxy” and ending with his lead performance in this year’s blockbuster “Jurassic World.” The former role also implied an astounding physical transformation on his part, which made him one of the hottest actors around.
Anna is “scary skinny,” unhappy
All this boost in popularity is taking a toll on the once-happy relationship he had with Anna, the publication claims, citing the usual unnamed “insiders.”
The marriage is “on the rocks” because Anna is jealous of how famous Chris has become, not in the sense that she wishes she were in his place, but rather that she liked him better chubbier and with fewer female admirers.
“Anna doesn’t like the way girls hang on him,” says a spy. “She liked him bigger, when women didn’t lust after him. Her confidence is crumbling as Chris’ skyrockets.”
She has stopped eating, which explains her “scary skinny” appearance on the red carpet this year. She is miserable, unhappy and living in a constant state of uncertainty, prompted solely by her fear that “Chris’ instant fame is going to ruin them” or that he will cheat on her soon.
What you fear will catch up with you
Divorce rumors have plagued Anna and Chris for some time now. They’re fewer and less frequent than with other celebrity couples, but they do get to her, as she admitted in an interview just last month.
Speaking of how often she and Chris “split” in the tabloids, she referenced a recent rumor about how she was worried he would cheat on her with Jennifer Lawrence while working together on the movie “Passengers.”
Because, up to that point, she had assumed that there must be some truth to all the rumors making the rounds online and in print, her first reaction when seeing this about Chris in a magazine was of pure shock.
“This has been blindsiding to us. We have an incredible relationship. It has been weirdly stinging,” she admitted.
Obviously, the rumor mill keeps spinning.
