The Duggar family boat is currently being rocked by another massive scandal involving the eldest son, family values activist Josh Duggar, who got busted for using cheaters website Ashley Madison to hook up with random women. The Duggars are famous first and foremost for being devout Christians, so this obviously goes against everything they stand for.

After he was publicly exposed as a cheater, Josh Duggar issued a statement to own up to his infidelity and to apologize for it. The family, meaning his parents and his wife Anna, are standing by him through this, saying God will help them overcome this obstacle as well. Anna’s brother, Daniel Keller, believes Anna should divorce him for what he’d done.

Daniel Keller goes off on “pig” Josh Duggar

Over the weekend, Josh’s sister Jessa Duggar, now Seewald, posted the photo below to her social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook. It’s a photo of a Bible verse that says that confession of a sin is enough to be absolved of said sin, suggesting that Josh’s public admission of guilt and apology should be enough to get him off the hook - both in the eyes of the world and in those of his wife.

Not really, Keller believes. He posted several comments to Jessa’s Facebook post, mostly in response to what other users were saying, making one thing clear: Josh Duggar didn’t confess because he wanted to be absolved of the sin, he came clean because he got caught and was left with no other choice.

That means his sin isn’t cleansed. That also means that Anna should leave him.

“You have to confess and forsake your sin to have mercy. Not sin confess and repeat,” was Keller’s first response. He continued to say that he had no kind words for a man who had cheated on his sister and “brought so much disgrace to you and ur family.”

“Confessing and getting caught are two different things. You want to know what happens when you cover ur sin maybe you should go read ur bible instead of beating people over the head with it,” he stressed.

Anna should divorce Josh Duggar

While some users criticized Keller for airing all the dirty laundry in public and thus bring even more embarrassment to the family, most applauded him for standing up for what he believed was right: and that was that Anna should divorce Josh Duggar.

As Keller sees it, the fact that Josh “confessed” means nothing, because he wouldn’t have done it if he hadn’t been caught. Had he not been caught, he would have still been cheating on Anna.

In later comments, Keller says he and the rest of the family are urging Anna to divorce Josh for these reasons, and to move out of the house with the kids immediately.

She’s not budging. Confirming reports from earlier that she would stand by him and even “try to absorb some of the blame,” Keller says his sister is determined to save the marriage. “But I won't stop trying to get that pig out of our family,” he vouches.

As of the time of writing, the Duggars are yet to respond to Keller’s online attack.
