HTC One A9 “Aero” is the next high-end smartphone coming from the Taiwanese company. We reported to you less than a day ago that HTC confirmed a smartphone announcement for September 6 when we hope it will unveil the One A9 “Aero.”

Little is known about the phone's specs and design, but thanks to a very short video we now have slightly more info on its looks.

The folks over at TechTastic have just published a short video of what they claim to be the upcoming HTC One A9 smartphone.

Unfortunately, there's no way to confirm this, which is why we recommend our readers to take it with a grain of salt until HTC makes the One A9 official.

One aspect that adds to the accuracy of the leaks is the positioning of the front-facing camera, which is placed in the same spot seen on a previous image of the HTC One A9 that popped up online not long ago.

It looks different than other HTC One handsets

Aside from that, there's no telling what device this is, though we have noticed that the loudspeaker is now positioned differently in comparison with other HTC smartphones in the One family.

Design-wise, the One A9 could be very different over other flagship smartphones launched by HTC in the last couple of years.

When it comes to specs, we know little about HTC One A9, but one thing is certain: it will be a beast. The smartphone is likely to be powered by a deca-core processor and 4GB of RAM.

It will sport a large capacitive touchscreen display that should offer either full HD (1080p) or Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

HTC One A9 will be arriving in the United States via AT&T, but other carriers might get it too. The smartphone is said to cost between $500 and $600 outright, but pricing options may vary by region.
