Good news for Windows Phone fans in the United States, as another cheap smartphone will make its debut in the country in the next couple of days.

After briefly appearing on T-Mobile's official support website, Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL is now rumored to arrive on February 10, WindowsCentral reports.

According to a source familiar with T-Mobile's plans, the Windows 10 Mobile handset will be available for purchase for just $139 outright.

Naturally, the smartphone will ship with Windows 10 Mobile right out of the box, possibly version 10586.63. Other than that, the OneTouch Fierce XL does not seem to be impressive at all, specs-wise.

It won't support Continuum for Phones since the smartphone packs a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory that can be expanded via microSD card slot.

Non-removable battery and LTE support

We have also been able to confirm with Alcatel that their OneTouch Fierce XL smartphone will be powered by a 2,500 mAh non-removable battery that should provide up to 14 hours of talk time and no less than 34 days of standby time, which is quite a lot.

Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL sports a large 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution.

The budget-friendly phone will offer 4G LTE support, along with other useful features like VoLTE (voice over LTE), and T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling.

At the back, the OneTouch Fierce XL will feature an 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, whereas at the front there should be a modest 2-megapixel selfie camera.

Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL will be exclusively available at T-Mobile in cyan color, so if you're fan of this particular tint, then you will be pleased to know that you'll be able to get it from day one.
