Zynga, the social gaming company is now accepting in-app payments in Bitcoins for selected titles.

Payment processor BitPay will be working with Zynga on this test. The games for which users will be able to use Bitcoins for payment are “FarmVille 2,” “CastleVille,” “ChefVille,” “CoasterVille,” “Hidden Chronicles,” “Hidden Shadows” and “CityVille.”

“Zynga is always working to improve our customer experience by incorporating player feedback into our games. We look forward to hearing from our players about the Bitcoin test so we can continue in our efforts to provide the best possible gaming experience,” Zynga said in a statement.

Zynga has become particularly successful after releasing a lot of games for Facebook, before taking its famous titles to mobile devices. The company has been making money from partners and direct payments in games.

Users have already started making payments with Bitcoins which is quite an easy process, it seems, as the cryptocurrency was simply added next to Visa, Mastercard and PayPal in the list. Such payments can be made only via Zynga’s own website.
