Zvue ZP3 Player Comes with Hits, but Lacks Geek Appeal!

The brand new edition comes preloaded with 30 hits of 2007

Zvue is constantly thinking about customers who cannot afford one of those deluxe Korean media players on the market and develops devices with lower coolness level, but decent specs and looks. Since Christmas is the perfect time of the year to buy electronics to your loved ones, this brand new ZP3 player could be a good alternative to candies or chocolate Santas.

The portable device is an integrated part of the new series of ZP3 flash players, specifically designed for people whose main concern is the price tag. However, to compensate for the lack of geek-appeal, the brand new edition comes preloaded with 30 hits of 2007.

Judging by the player's looks, it seems the makers have focused mostly on the player's capabilities, rather than on its design line. It exhibits an ordinary cheap looking front face with an integrated backlit LCD display and some nerdy control buttons.

The device is lightweight and easy to operate, not to mention the simple design optimizes the minimum functionality. And when it comes to its functionality, the player can deal with just a few audio file formats like MP3 and WMA DRM. To whom it may concern, the player, available at Wal-Mart for around 35 bucks, was developed to work with Wal-Mart and Rhapsody music services.

As expected, the player's internal capacity storage is not impressive, since 512MB of memory is only enough for about 250 songs. Besides that, the player can also double as an USB storage device or act like a voice recorder. A fast file transfer is ensured by the player's USB 2.0 compliance. Using a single AAA battery, the Zvue ZP3 player is capable of only 8 hours of music playback.

Overall, the new Zvue ZP3 player series could actually teach some how to minimize the financial losses and keep the budget on track...for the sake of Christmas spirit, of course!
