Zune preloaded with pornographic content? Zune + porno movies and pictures? Is this a new Microsoft marketing strategy for the holidays? While a Zune digital media player preloaded with porn would be the perfect holiday gift for some, such a device failed to enrich the Christmas spirit of a 12 year old American girl.

Apparently, the girl received the Zune digital player from her parents, who found out - much to their surprise - that they had purchased more than their money's worth. The Zune media player that Chanell Martin (the mother) and Derrick Woods (the father) had given their 12 year old daughter contained the basic package associated with the device, minus the charger, but nowhere in the player's manual did they found references related to the pornographic content of the Zune. Chanell Martin revealed that the Zune contained a videotaped homosexual orgy that carried on for one hour and 44 minutes.

The couple had acquired the Zune at Walmart, but the vendor blamed Microsoft. When contacted by the members of the press from the FOX Channel, a Walmart representative explained that the issue is under internal investigation.

The only resolve to the matter is a full refund for the porno Zune and a $25 gift card. Chanell Martin stated that a $25 gift card will not make up for her daughter having to watch five men having sex with each other. At the present time, neither Microsoft nor Walmart have issued any additional comments regarding the situation.
