The extension has been created to warn users when they land on a fake or compromised online store. It works on versions 6 through 9 on Windows XP, Vista and 7 and can be downloaded from this page.
Zscaler Safe Shopping for Internet Explorer requires administrative rights to register as an IE add-on. The protection it ensures relies on a list of fake or compromised online shopping locations, which is constantly updated by Zscaler. The alert consists in a banner displayed at the top of the page, as you can see from the image above.
