14 DAY TRIAL // Zooey Deschanel is now the proud owner of two rescue dogs that the celebrity has recently adopted from animal rescue group Bill Foundation.
Together with several other celebrities, Zooey Deschanel is hopeful that her deciding to adopt her pets rather than buy them from puppy mills will help convince other people to follow in her footsteps.
As explained on several occasions, puppy mills more often than not abuse animals, which is why it is best to avoid them altogether.
“I have to thank the #billfoundation for the greatest, sweetest, most wonderful dogs in the world. Apples…” the celebrity reportedly tweeted in order to share the news of her having adopted these two dogs with her fans.
“I really love seeing pictures of everybody’s rescue dogs! If you rescued a dog from a shelter, tweet me a pic!” she later added.
