Publisher R2Games has announced the beginning of the open beta test for their new action shooter massively multiplayer online game Zombies Ate My Pizza.

Zombies Ate My Pizza is a post-apocalyptic multiplayer shooter with a heavy emphasis on humor. Players can scorch their ways through hordes of hungry zombies, completing missions and blasting down bosses, and all this just to protect their pizza.

Its main features are a wide variety of zombie-smashing action, a lot of player interaction, exclusive dungeon events, cross-server arenas and a PvP Undead Tournament.

After the conclusion of the successful closed beta test, the company is happy to be able to move on and get going with the open beta that opened its doors on March 20.

After the closed beta for the post-apocalyptic massively multiplayer online game ended, all the characters and accounts have been deleted. Feedback from users has been taken into account and registered during the test in order to detect bugs and other issues, as well as to integrate suggestions into the game and provide a better overall experience.

Players interested in giving the game a spin can visit the Zombies Ate My Pizza website and register for the free-to-play browser-based MMO shooter.
