After almost 3 weeks since the Italian football scandal got under way - due to Juventus' involvement in fixing matches - the judiciary system began a vast investigation all over the Italian leagues. As a consequence of that, after last week saw Juventus players and officials being search-warranted, this week, all the important leagues in Italy - Serie A, Serie B, and the two divisions of Serie C - will suffer the same measure.

After the latest statements released by the Italian magistrates, it seems that no less than 71 clubs will be search-warranted all over Italy - same as 41 players, concerning the illegalities of footballers selling and buying contracts. As for the Serie A situation, there are only 3 clubs - for the moment - that are not facing disciplinary actions. Those are Udinese, Lecce and Treviso.

Francesco Saverio Borielli, the new Chief of the Italian Federal Office of Investigation said that the clubs on the "black list" will, if found guilty, suffer severe administrative penalties. After a very elaborate documentation, here are the targets of the future investigations:

Teams: Empoli, Albinoleffe, Cesena, Ivrea, Alpignano, G.S.D. Lascaris, Pescara, Pro Sesto, Valenzana, Trino Calcio, Monza Brianza 1912, Savoia 1908, Palermo, Fiorentina, Ancona, Arezzo, Ascoli, Avellino, Biellese 1902, Bologna, Fussball Club Sud Tirol, Brescia, Cagliari, Catania, Catanzaro, Como, Crotone, Forli', Genoa, Sampdoria, Spezia, L'Aquila Calcio, Livorno, Lucchese, Carrarese, Messina, Inter, Milan, Modena, SS. As we can see, Zinedine Zidane, newly retired from Real Madrid, is in the centre of the investigations too, most likely due to his move from Juventus to Madrid, in which the financial transaction may have suffered some illegalities instrumented by Luciano Moggi.
