14 DAY TRIAL // The development teams at Omega Force and Team Ninja, alongside publisher Tecmo Koei, are delivering a new trailer for their upcoming Hyrule Warriors video game, which focuses on the design and the battlefield presence of Lana.
The new character is also known as the White Witch and is the direct counterpart of the main villain of the game, Cia.
Lana has a deep knowledge of monsters and the game world and has access to powerful spells that can be used on the battlefield in order to vanquish even the strongest of enemies.
The connection between the White and the Black Witch, which was corrupted by power and is no longer able to protect the Triforce, is mysterious and will probably be one of the core plot points of Hyrule Warriors.
Lana is described as having an optimistic nature and she is the one who also recruits Agitha to fight in the coming conflict between the forces of Hyrule and the dark power of Cia.
The title will use characters taken from The Legend of Zelda and the core mechanics of Dynasty Warriors.
Hyrule Warriors is expected to be launched exclusively on the Wii U home console from Nintendo at the middle of August in Japan, on September 19 in Europe, and seven days later in North America.
