Grand Memo is another appealing smartphone that Chinese mobile phone maker ZTE is expected to make available for purchase in the not too distant future, and the device has already received approvals for the company’s homeland market, it seems.

ZTE Grand Memo is expected to arrive on shelves with a 5.7-inch touchscreen display, boasting a 720p resolution, as well as with a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back.

Furthermore, evidence coming from the Ministry of Equipment in China suggests that the phone will sport a 9.9mm body and a weight of 189 grams, GizChina reports.

A quad-core Qualcomm CPU powers the device, complemented by 2GB of RAM. The handset also sports a 3,200 mAh battery inside, and front camera for video calling.

Rumor has it that ZTE is set to bring the smartphone to the MWC 2013 show in Barcelona later this month, so stay tuned for more on it.
