Starting today, Aio Wireless customers can purchase a new Android-based smartphone on the network of their carrier, namely the ZTE Sonata 4G.

The handset was launched with a price tag of $79.99 (€59) attached to it, and it is available in pearl white, a color exclusive to Aio Wireless in the United States.

The mobile phone comes to the market with a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen display, as well as with a 1.4GHz dual-core processor packed inside.

Moreover, the handset sports a 5-megapixel camera on the back, with flash and HD video recording capabilities. The smartphone is powered by a 1785mAh battery and runs under Google’s Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

The specs list of this device also includes the usual set of connectivity capabilities and sensors, 4GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes. ZTE Sonata 4G can be seen on this page at the wireless carrier.
