ZTE, one of the most popular mobile phone makers in China, has been rumored over the past several weeks to plan the launch of a new high-end Android-based smartphone, and it seems that the company has already confirmed plans to unveil it on March 25.

According to a recent article on GizChina, ZTE has already confirmed plans to make the phone official on that day in Beijing, which clearly suggests that it is aiming at releasing the device as a direct competitor for OPPO’s upcoming Find 7.

ZTE’s Nubia X6 has been allegedly confirmed to arrive on the market with an Optical Image Stabilization-enabled camera on the back, as well as with support for 4G LTE networks.

In fact, a leaked screenshot supposedly shows that the phone will land on shelves with support for GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA, and LTE networks.

On top of that, it is expected to be announced with a 6-inch screen capable of delivering a 2K resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), as well as with a 13MP or 16Mp camera on the back. It might also pack one of the latest mobile processors out there.

Confirmation on this has yet to emerge, yet there are only 10 days left until that happens, so stay tuned for additional details on the matter.
