Two ZTE smartphones are now available for purchase in France, namely ZTE Blade Q and ZTE Blade Q Mini, though users won’t find them on shelves under these names, it seems.
At the moment, the ZTE Blade Q can be bought through SFR under the name of STARTRAIL 4, while the Blade Q Mini has landed at Bouygues Telecom as BS 402.
Even so, the two sport the same features and capabilities as the original handsets were unveiled with, a recent article on frandroid notes.
ZTE Blade Q was launched with a 4.5-inch IPS screen that can deliver a 480 x 854 pixels resolution, and it is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor.
Furthermore, the smartphone packs 1GB of RAM inside, along with 4GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes.
The specs list of the new device also includes a 5-megapixel camera on the back, paired with a VGA front camera. It is powered by an 1800 mAh battery.
The smartphone runs under Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, while featuring a price tag of €199.99 at SFR, contract-free. Users can also grab it on various monthly plans with the wireless carrier.
ZTE Blade Q Mini, on the other hand, features a 4-inch TFT screen that can deliver a 480 x 800 pixels resolution, though it is powered by the same processor as its bigger brother.
The handset also sports 1GB of RAM inside, 4GB of internal memory, and a microSD card slot. Powered by a 1500 mAh battery, it runs under Android 4.2 as well.
Furthermore, the mobile phone packs a 5-megapixel rear camera, and that it also features the usual Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as a GPS receiver. The ZTE Blade Q Mini measures 125.5 x 63.9 x 9.1 mm.
