Chinese handset maker ZTE is known for two thing, its cheap Android smartphones and the exquisite Nubia series of high-end devices.

Today, we will talk about a new budget-friendly Android smartphone that has been quietly launched by ZTE in Russia.

The ZTE Blade Q Lux 4G doesn't is a bit low on the specs side, but it sells for only 6,000 rubles outright, which is about $105 or €95, a new report claims.

The only things that should set it apart from other smartphones in the same price range is the fact that it comes with 4G LTE and dual-SIM support.

Another strong point of the ZTE Blade Q Lux 4G is the 8-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus, LED flash and video recording, which should provide some quality pictures.

There's also a modest 2-megapixel camera in the front, which should be enough for video calls, but selfies won't look that great.

Dual-SIM support, LTE and quad-core CPU makes it appealing enough

ZTE Blade Q Lux 4G ships with Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system right out of the box, which is a bit of a disappointment, but since this is a budget-friendly smartphone it was to be expected.

When it comes to hardware, ZTE's smartphone is equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6732M processor, which is complemented by a Mali-T760 graphics processing unit, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

Even though the amount of storage is pretty low, users will be able to further expand storage up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

It's also worth mentioning the ZTE Blade Q Lux 4G sports a 4.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 854 x 480 pixels resolution.

The phone is powered by a 2,200 mAh battery and packs a range of connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack and GPS with AGPS.
