The update brings improved accessibility with VoiceOver

Shortly after a new version of Gmail for iPhone and iPad has been released on App Store, Google announced its YouTube application has been updated as well.

Among the important changes included in this update, one can obviously notice support for iPhone 5 and iPad, as well the option to stream videos with AirPlay.

With the latest version of YouTube, user will now be able to tap logo to open their Guide of channels. In addition, the update brings the ability to add and remove videos from their playlists.

Last but not least, the update introduces clickable links in video descriptions and brings improved accessibility with VoiceOver.

YouTube 1.1.0.4136 is now available as a free download via App Store and it's fully compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad devices running iOS 5 or later. Check it out here.
