Not so long ago, YouTube rolled out a major redesign. The new look, inspired by the new 'beautiful' Google design, also came with a host of new features and changes. But YouTube wasn't done, it's one of the largest websites in the world and there still were some sections that needed some attention.

YouTube has gotten to those too, it has now unveiled a new Browse page, a redesigned YouTube Editor and a tweaked Video Manager.

The Browse page helps you discover YouTube videos that you may like or that are popular. You can check out the popular videos of the day, filter by category, or see what YouTube thinks you'll like.

The new page has been redesigned to follow the overall YouTube look. Other than that, the changes are fairly minimal.

The YouTube editor, which enables users to cut their videos, stitch them together, add effects and so on, has gotten an update as well. It now follows the new YouTube look.

"With the recent YouTube homepage update we felt it was time to give the Video Editor a visual overhaul, as well as adding a cool new timeline, easier clip trimming and a moving playhead," YouTube explained.

YouTube has also gone back to the Video Manager page and addressed some of the issues and requests that came up after the page was updated in December. The page has gotten an updated look, but that's not all.

The page now includes search history and a better way of displaying scheduled uploaded videos. Like and dislike stats have been brought back, on request, and users can sort videos by popularity again.

In the meantime, YouTube is also working on an improved player which is now testing with some users. The new player comes with a new look, but also some improved functionality, like dynamically adjusting its size to the size of the browser window.
