If you thought that, with a huge redesign in place, YouTube would be done changing the site, well, you were wrong. Google and YouTube never stop improving or at least changing their sites.
The latest example is a new YouTube player which has been enabled for some, probably all users, both on YouTube but also on other sites.
The new player has been slightly redesigned, but the changes are noticeable. At a first look, it feels very similar, but there's not much YouTube can change at this point, since it's got the basics nailed.
The new player features new graphics for the buttons, noticeable for the screen size buttons in particular and the resolution selector.
On embedded clips, you'll also notice the new Watch Later button. You may also notice that the new player is no longer transparent on YouTube, as was the case until now, but is solid black.
