YouTube Touch is one of the latest YouTube clients for Windows 8 that landed in the Store, thus giving adopters of Microsoft’s new OS the option to watch their favorite clips online from the Metro UI.

As compared to the other apps currently offered to Windows 8 users, YouTube Touch comes with a rather limited feature package that includes options to search and watch clips, work in portrait, landscape or snapped view modes and access HD videos.

“YouTube Touch is best application on Windows 8 to search and watch YouTube videos. It's based on Google YouTube API, and it brings the true values to end-users,” the app description reads.

YouTube Touch isn’t available for free, but with a $1.49 (€1.10) price tag regardless of the Windows 8 version you’re using.
