With the wide community YouTube has, it cannot but have the best feedback input in the world. Every little corner of the site and every little feature must have been turned and searched through a hundred times so far and because it is man-made, there must have been at least a couple of flaws in it. That's why Google's video sharing service has recently brought online a "Known Issues" page, for all to write down (or check, if that be the case) the problems they encountered.
Of course, they don't have a Mr. Fixitall that solves the problems on
sight, so the page will also "tell you about temporary workarounds that can solve the problem until our engineers have fixed it completely. If you find something on the site that doesn't seem to be working quite right, come here to find out if we've already addressed the issue. If one of the issues matches a problem you've experienced, please let us know by clicking 'This is my issue!' That'll help us understand which problems are affecting the most people so we can get to them as quickly as possible," as mentioned by the team on the YouTube Blog.
They promise to update this page as often as possible and that they'll attend to every problem as if it were the most important one. Unfortunately, they did mention that the only response users would be getting would be through solving the problems and not personal e-mail, because of the great number of messages being received.
For a list that is to be updated as soon as possible, it's pretty funny to see that the last time they attended to it was a couple of days ago, on the 22nd of January. Either they're working so hard they cannot open a browser and post anything, or they're not keeping their word.
