YouTube, the video service owned by Google, recorded one more market hit today after a Brazilian court ordered the company to remove all the videos from the "Pele Forever" film, Journal Peru reported. Pele Eterno, the original title of the film, is a movie that contains an impressive number of goals scored by the football player as well as the story of his life in the past and in the present. Although the company will surely comply with the decision, if YouTube refuses to remove the clips, Google has to pay almost $50.000 according to the same publication.

"According to Brazilian 'G1 news', the complaint was filed by the company Anima Cultural Productions which owns the distribution rights to the film. Anibal Massaini Neto, the director of the film released in June 2004, welcomed the court's decision and affirmed that more than a million people have seen the movie "Pel? Eterno", before YouTube began spreading its short-time videos," Journal Peru sustained in the article.

Two days ago, YouTube recorded the most aggressive complaint filed against the company since the Google acquisition, being sued by Viacom that also requires $1 billion for damages. The owner of MTV and Comedy Central filed a complaint against the search giant for publishing videos without authorization, although YouTube already removed the clips provided by Viacom. Google is now looking forward for a fair decision from the court, sustaining there was no copyright infringement because the company agreed to remove the videos.

In the past, YouTube was sued for another issue concerning the football after Daniela Cicarelli, Ronaldo's ex-wife, filed a complaint against the video service for copyright infringement and for uploading videos without approval. A Brazilian court blocked YouTube Brazil and ordered the company to remove all the videos displaying the Brazilian model.
