A new case concerning Google's YouTube was reported today, accusing the video service for publishing videos without any useful method to filter the content. It seems like a violent fight in a parking lot was recorded and published on YouTube, the clip recording thousands of views until it was finally removed. Although the fight was quite violent, the movie was uploaded with ease, no Google employee trying to block or to delete the clip. Post-Tribune reported the issues and created an interesting description of the fight:

"In a Valparaiso parking lot, they meet. Stare each other in the eye. Their postures are angry and full of ego. The tension thickens. Suddenly one man grabs the other, slams his head into his nose, and kicks him in the groin. Fists fly. Bodies tumble. The brawl slams against cars and skirts along the pavement. Bone smashes into flesh, again and again, as the young men try to pummel each other into submission. There are 50, maybe 100 people, maybe more, watching on the sidelines, hooting, hollering, cursing, laughing," the publication sustained.

Despite the fact that the authorities reacted quickly and demanded YouTube to remove the video, no one pursued the case so no tough punishment can be applied. The school's officials sustained they have no control over the off-campus student activities so the high school cannot be accused of negligence.

This is not the first time when YouTube is criticized for the content uploaded on the page. As you surely know, the videos posted on Google's product caused a lot of problems for the search giant because numerous persons or firms sued it for uploading videos without authorization. Probably the most known YouTube headache was cause by the Viacom removal, the owner of MTV and Comedy Central ordering the company to remove almost 100.000 clips from the page.
