Even if Google said that they removed the movies several times but the users uploaded it again, multiple Brazilian users reported that the service was unavailable, being blocked by the largest ISP in the country.
Today, a Brazilian judge said that the YouTube Brazil ban was revoked because the company removed all the movies with the Brazilian model.
