YouTube is surely the most popular online video sharing website, allowing you to view, publish and share videos from your computer. The solution provided by Google is a big community of members that are continuously rating and commenting the videos, making YouTube an attracting service for all internet users. Because it allows users to upload any video, the company encountered multiple federal problems that cause important lawsuits against the search giant.

The latest and the most important YouTube lawsuits concerns Daniela Cicarelli and her boyfriend Tato Malzoni who sued the company after it published a video with the two stars having sex on a beach. Even if the company removed the video several times, the users uploaded it again, being one of the most viewed videos in Brazil.

"The video in question was removed from YouTube because it violated our terms of use. It was recently uploaded again and we became aware of it through media reports and users flagging the content, and we removed these copies immediately," YouTube spokesperson Jaime Schopflin said for InformationWeek.

Ronaldo's ex-wife and her boyfriend won the lawsuit after a Brazilian court said that the video service must remove the video and pay damages to the two stars. It seems like a Brazilian internet service provider already blocked YouTube Brazil, many users reporting that the service is unavailable since the judge asked to close the service.

"YouTube is under the jurisdiction of the U.S. legal system, however, we reach a global audience and strive to provide a community where people from around the world can share videos in a safe and lawful manner," the representative said.

Since the acquisition of the video service, Google encountered many federal problems but the search giant is seeking to obtain important profit and to make YouTube the most powerful solution in its category.
