YouTube is a video service that is continuously attracting users because it provides multiple features to help you upload, share and comment videos with friends, family or other members of the community. The service was acquired by Google in October 2006 for $1.6 billion, an investment that must be paid off with more powerful functions and an increased number of users. Although the company tries to make YouTube more attractive, Google encountered numerous federal problems caused by the content published on the website. Because any user is free to upload
any movie, the search giant was sued for copyright infringement, being accused for publishing videos without authorization.

One of the most known lawsuits recorded by Google concerns Daniela Cicarelli, Brazilian model and Ronaldo's ex-wife who sued YouTube for publishing videos without her approval. At that time, a Brazilian court ordered the company to remove all the movies with the model and blocked YouTube Brazil until the videos are deleted.

Today, Google's representatives published a statement to present their opinion about the UTube lawsuit, YouTube being criticized for redirecting users to the company's page. Google's officials sustained UTube wants to earn money and popularity because the video service is the most known solution on the Internet.

It seems like the video product is attacked again because two websites that are distributing pirated content sustained YouTube tried to help them increase their market efficiency as bloggingstocks reported.

"It appears that Google Inc.'s purchase of YouTube gets more complicated by the minute. Two websites with pirated content claim that Google offered them advertising keywords including "bootleg" movie download to help them market their services. The fact that Google advertising representatives apparently helped the video pirate companies adds to the embarrassment of the incidents," the publication reported.
