After cheating on Robert Pattinson with the married director Rupert Sanders, Kristen Stewart issued a statement in which she apologized and begged Robert for forgiveness. As it turns out, it was Rob who actually “forced” her to do that.
Even when she learned she'd been photographed kissing Sanders in her car in a parking lot on July 17, Kristen
did not inform Robert of the “indiscretion,” presumably hoping it would all just go away.
According to various reports, he found out about it when Us Weekly, the magazine that eventually ran the incriminating pics, contacted him to let him know they would print the story.
It was then that he decided to make Kristen do whatever she could still do to fix the damage,
The Mirror claims.
“Rob is devastated and deeply hurt. They spoke on the phone and he said 'You’ve completely humiliated me.' All the trust has gone,” an insider claiming to be close to the handsome Brit tells the tab.
“Robert, 26, who met co-star Kristen, 22, while filming the vampire blockbuster Twilight, 'couldn’t believe what he was hearing' as his lover of three years told him the fling was just a 'one off',” The Mirror further says.
After the initial shock, he “demanded” that she issue an apology to him, right before he walked out on her. Kristen agreed, thinking that this would somehow make things a bit better between them.
“Robert wanted the world to know that he hadn’t done anything wrong and that she had made a fool of him publicly,” the insider goes on to say.
“He still can’t fathom why she cheated. Kristen is begging for another chance. Robert is undecided,” adds the spy.
The latest reports seem to indicate that Robert has already made up his mind about not getting back with Kristen after the scandal and the way she double-crossed him. He's already packed his bags and
moved out the LA home he used to share with her before all this.
