Google Takeout isn't some restaurant put together as a perk for Google employees, it's a tool for exporting your data out of various Google products.
The team behind it has been working on adding more products so you can get everything you need in one go.
The
latest to be added are Blogger and Google+ pages. It is now possible to export your Blogger blog from the Google Takeout page. Everything you ever posted will be made available in an Atom XML file.
Blogger already had an export tool, so this isn't exactly a new feature, all that's new is that you don't have to visit Blogger to do it, it's more convenient to have everything in one place.
Also new is the ability for Google+ page owners to export all of their posts via HTML pages. Circles data is also
exportable as JSON files.
