The U.S Apple online store is now listing 1-2 weeks delivery time for all iPhone 5s models, in what can either be considered an improvement in production yield rates, or slowing demand.

Either way, this is hardly good news for those camping out in front of their local Apple Store waiting for their beloved iPhone 5s to arrive all the way from China.

However, if you’re the type who prefers sitting in the comfort of your home waiting diligently for your order to arrive, Apple’s online store is now listing a 1-2-week estimate for iPhone 5s shipping.

That includes the much-coveted Gold model with either 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB of Flash storage. Contract-free (factory unlocked) models will arrive in about the same time.

In related news, Apple today kicked off sales of the iPad mini with Retina display. Shipping times for the diminutive tablet computer are capped at 10 days, with some low-end models shipping in as little as one day.
