UK web based retailers surely seem to have a thing for the upcoming GTX 570 graphics cards cause after YoYo Tech listed this card earlier today ahead of Nvidia's official launch date, yet another GTX 570 card popped up in the wild, although this time it is a PNY model.
The news comes yet again from the
KitGuru website that stumbled upon a PNY GTX 570 graphics card on the LamdaTek online store, although the card seems to have been pulled down by now.
Although no image of the card is available, this could as well resemble the reference GTX 570 that YoYo Tech listed on its website, since almost all manufacturers respect Nvidia's design when it comes down to top of the line solutions, personalizing it by placing a sticker with the company's name or something of that sort.
As far as the card's specifications are concerned, these seem to be very similar to those posted by YoYo Tech and to
all the leaks that have been coming out until now.
As a result, we can pretty safely assume the GTX 570 will come with 480 CUDA cores clocked at 732MHz, while the shaders run at 1.4GHz.
The 1.28GB of GDDR5 memory use a 320-bit interface and are being run at 3,800MHz, compared to the GTX 580 that comes with a 384-bit memory bus and 1.5BB of GDDR5 memory run at 4008MHz.
Power draw is set at 225W, the GTX 570 getting its power through two 6 pin power connectors, KitGuru stating the card will run neck-and-neck with the GTX480 on performance, while using 10% less power.
As far as pricing is concerned, the PNY
graphics card was listed at £295.50 including VAT, almost the same price as the card that made its appearance on YoYo Tech earlier today.
