Yamgo Launches Extreme Sports Mobile TV Channel

Yamgo, a UK provider and publisher of extreme sports mobile content, announced the launch of a Mobile TV channel dedicated entirely to extreme sports entertainment. Yamgo TV is streamed to mobile phones over 2.5G and 3G services and delivers to users extreme sports videos 24 hours a day.

consists of mini films, crashes, equipment malfunctions and unique extreme sports stunts such as mountain biking off Beach Head, Paragliding from helicopters, River Surfing and Extreme Canopy Flying. The line-up of sports includes BASE Jumping, Acrobatic Paragliding, River Surfing, Street Luge, Skiing, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking, White Water Kayaking, Extreme Canopy Flying, Hangliding, Skydiving, Rock Climbing, Kite Surfing, Surfing, Motocross, BMX, Parkour, Freechasing, Parajumping, Sportbike, Skateboarding, Cliff Jumping, Jet Skiing, Windsurfing, Wake Boarding, Water Ski and Scuba Diving.

"Yamgo has specifically optimized video clips to fit the small screen of mobile devices, resulting in a high-quality mobile TV experience, especially when combined with the superior delivery technology of the ROK platform," said Shaun Ellison Yamgo's Operations Director.

Yamgo TV works on over 60 different mobile devices through the ROK TV service and is available in the UK, USA and China, with more countries - including Thailand, South Africa and Malaysia - to follow shortly. The Yamgo extreme sports mobile TV channel can be downloaded from www.rok.tv.
