Dating sites are some of the most popular webpages on the Internet with millions of subscribers, visitors or members. That's why Yahoo created some time ago its own dating site, a website that could attract a huge number of visitors.

Yahoo Personals is the largest dating site on the Internet, offering to users from U.S. or Canada the possibility to communicate with ease.

Yahoo's service is very similar with the other websites in this category. Users must register, create their profile, fill in some details and then wait to meet the chosen one. Other persons prefer to check the profiles without registering as a member.

Because it is the largest dating service on the Internet, Yahoo Personal must own powerful features meant to convince new users to register for the service or to keep the old ones. This is the reason why the company updated the solution several times, adding new features meant to help people find their true love.

Today, it seems like Yahoo is planning to announce a new function added to Yahoo Personals that will help users find their matches easier. Quick View will allow you to apply multiple filters on the registered members, filling in details about hobbies, smokes, drinks and many others.

"Today they will announce a new feature called Quick View, and it's designed to let users scan for potential mates more quickly. Instead of scrolling up and down to view profile information, members can simply select from fifteen different traits (non-smoker, enjoys traveling, etc.) and call them date "makers" or "breakers." They can then view profiles organized by whether or not they include a deal breaker. It's a good way to weed out those undesirables more quickly," TechCrunch said.
