It enables Lumia owners to connect with Nokia Chat and Yahoo! Messenger users

Today, Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has announced the availability of its Nokia Chat application for Lumia users in more markets around the world.

Powered by Yahoo!, the Nokia Chat application is available only as a beta trial for the time being, and is now accessible to users in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Finland, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Spain, and Venezuela, a post on Nokia Beta Labs notes.

Previously, the app was made available for Lumia owners in Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, South Africa, and Nigeria.

Some of the main features that Nokia Chat arrives with include messaging with Nokia Chat and Yahoo! Messenger users, support for Live Tiles updates and Push Notifications, location broadcasting, and sharing of info on places.
