Yahoo! has just released a new version of its mail application for Android devices. Those who used a previous version of Yahoo! Mail will be pleased to know that the latest iteration has been completely redesigned.

It looks much like Google’s Gmail email client, so it can’t be bad at all. Aside from the complete visual redux, the latest update brings Conversations, which means that related messages are now grouped together. Keep in mind that Conversations can be turned on/off in the application’s Settings.

Users will now have the option to customize their inbox, choosing from a variety of background images and themes. More importantly, there’s no less than 1TB mail storage available for free, along with disposable email addresses, enhanced filters and mail forwarding features.

You can now download Yahoo! Mail 3.0 for Android for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application is fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up.
