Wasn't Bebo with Google's OpenSocial?

Apart from the question in the subtitle, I have no further inquiries, your honor! It's good to see where the big rivals meet and exchange impressions, and even services. Earlier today, I read about Bebo's grabbing the Facebook platform for its own use, which gave rise to some very interesting questions like that if the OpenSocial platform is the one that will become the standard. By the looks of it? no, it won't. Facebook opened it for the world and that was that.

Looks like Bebo is a greedy little social network (it's not little by any means, I just said that to get the patronizing effect) and it's taking things from others in order to accommodate its users. Facebook's platform, Yahoo's Answers and Music, what shiny pebble will next catch the eye of Bebo?

The leading UK social networking site adopted Yahoo! Answers with the intention to allow its users "to tap into each other's knowledge and expertise, benefiting themselves, their friends and the wider Yahoo! Answers community of millions of users. Bebo users can publish and share their Q&As with their friends and promote their reputation and participation in the Yahoo! Answers community via a module displayed on their user profile. They can also ask and answer questions directly within Bebo, and view Q&As from their Bebo friends", as Yahoo's Search blog pointed out.

As for the part with Yahoo! Music, that's easy to understand why they've adopted it, it's actually a no-brainer, so I won't be giving it further reference. This, feeding its applications and services to rivals, must be the "opening" of Yahoo to others of the Yahoo! Network, in order to turn Yahoo into the door to the Internet that Jerry Yang envisioned when he came to the helm of the Sunnyvale based company. A worthy effort, I must admit.
