Yahoo hasn't had the best of weeks, but things are reportedly calming down. Furthermore, a rumored reorganization, yes, another one, is actually not in the works and Yahoo will just be settling things after the departures last week.

According to AllThingsD, which has been covering the latest Yahoo drama since day one, the changes should be minimal and are either meant to clarify the situation about the departures or are wrapping up the hiring process for some of the newer people at the company.

Last week, rumors surfaced that Yahoo will be losing another three execs, this time, rather high up the latter.

Yahoo later confirmed the moves through an internal memo, a press release and even a SEC filing for Hilary Schneider, head of the Americas region at Yahoo.

Schneider will be staying on with Yahoo as the company looks for an alternative. She joined Yahoo four years ago, but lately had become unsatisfied with her position.

It is rumored that she first made the decision to leave several months ago but was persuaded to stay by CEO Carol Bartz. That didn't last long though and she is now leaving by the end of the year, as soon as a replacement is found.

One of the execs leaving, Jimmy Pitaro who was VP of Media at Yahoo, has already landed a job with Disney as co-president of the media giant's internet division.

Pitaro will share the presidency of the Disney Interactive Media Group with John Pleasants, the former CEO of Playdom, a social gaming company Disney recently bought.

Disney seems bent on becoming a force in online media and the duo should bring some new life blood to the company's efforts.

Back at Yahoo though, there will be no more major changes, besides the internal shift to fill in the positions left uncovered.
