New Valentine's Day partnership

At this time, Yahoo is one of the Internet giants, being well known for its giant portal that is visited every day by millions of users. Although Yahoo is identified through this product, the company provides an impressive number of solutions that are currently the best or are challenging similar services designed by other firms. The best example is provided by the search engine that represents the most powerful rival for Google's search technology, a rivalry known in the entire world. One of the most used products developed by the company is probably Yahoo Messenger, an instant messaging client that allows you to communicate with your friends, family or other users using more than a single chat function.

The program was updated several times with more and more features and now it allows you to chat using VoIP functions, webcam support or file transfer abilities. You can also talk with multiple users using the conference function or send emoticons, audibles or many other interesting characteristics.

Because yesterday we celebrated Valentine's Day, the company made a new partnership and decided to promote it using the well known application Yahoo Messenger. The giant portal made an agreement with Swatch to promote a new Valentine watch available in a limited edition.

"Swatch's 'Feel my Love' campaign ran up until today and also featured a specially created video and 'Voodoo love' branding on the home page of Yahoo! in Germany, France, Spain, UK, Italy and Mexico - as well as on the Yahoo! Music sites in the 'Dig it or Diss it' section. "We wanted a unique way to bring our little puppet to life, and the Yahoo! Messenger application matched perfectly with our core values of joy, fun and positive provocation," said Klaus Peter Mager, head of PR and events at Swatch," nma.co.ul reported.

It seems like an animated character will appear every time a user types certain words such as hello, I love you or hug, and is available only through a special IM environment included in the Yahoo Messenger instant messenger client.
