The first Beta of Xubuntu 12.04 uses the Ubiquity installer, and various new shortcuts have been added, and others changed. Moreover, Alacarte is seeded by default and it shows all Xfce-related menu items.
Xubuntu 12.04 Beta 1 also comes with a new wallpaper, as well as various other improvements and tweaks to its artwork, including Greybird theme fixes for the GTK3 engine.
Xubuntu 12.04 Beta 1 is distributed only as Live CDs (Desktop and Alternate), for both the 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.
