The wireless carrier is running a promotion on all three until January 31

UK wireless carrier Three is currently running a special promotion on three of Sony’s latest Android-based smartphones, namely the Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia M.

Users interested in purchasing any of the three can benefit from the deal only until January 31, the carrier has announced. Three offers are available for each of the smartphones, with minutes, SMS and data included.

“Take your pick from a great range of offers on Sony smartphones. Including the Xperia M, Z Ultra and Z1. Promotional prices valid until 31st January 2014,” Three UK notes on its website.

At the moment, the Xperia Z1 is available via this wireless carrier with a price tag of £19 ($31.5/€23.2) attached to it on monthly plans that start at £34 ($56.3/€41.5) per month.

The larger Xperia X Ultra smartphone is available at £69 ($114.3/€84.2) on the same monthly plans, while the Xperia M can be purchased at no upfront cost on plans that start at £14 ($23.2/€17) a month.

Xperia Z1 is the latest flagship smartphone from Sony, unveiled at IFA 2013 in Berlin with a 5-inch full HD screen and a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor inside, paired with 2GB of RAM.

The smartphone also features a 20-megapixel camera on the back, along with front camera for making video calls, and is dust and water-proof.

Xperia Z Ultra, on the other hand, comes with a massive, 6.4-inch Full HD touchscreen display, a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory.

The smartphone comes with an 8-megapixel camera on the back, with full HD video recording capabilities, as well as with a front camera for video chatting.

As for Xperia M, it was launched as a mid-range handset, packing a 4-inch touchscreen display, a 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus CPU, and 1GB of RAM. This device features 4GB of internal memory, a 5-megapixel camera on the back, and front camera.
