Apparently, Sony Mobile is set to make its new Android-based flagship Xperia Z smartphone available for purchase in Germany on February 21, at least this is what a post on the company’s Facebook page suggests.

The company is inviting users to come to its Sony Store in Berlin to grab the new mobile phone, claiming exclusive sales through this retail location on that day, tabtech.de notes.

Unfortunately, the company does not offer details on whether the handset will reach other retail channels in the country as well on February 21.

Sony hasn’t unveiled specific info on the phone’s pricing either, but the smartphone is listed at Amazon Germany at the moment with a price tag of €629 ($841) attached to it, contract-free.

Xperia Z features a 5-inch 1080p screen, a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel photo snapper. More on its specs via this link.
