Sony has already started the rollout of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for some of its Xperia smartphones, but the Xperia T and Xperia V have been skipped from the initial deployment.

However, it looks like both smartphones will be getting the said upgrade within the next few weeks. The folks over at XperiaBlog have just spotted a new firmware version, 9.2.A.0.276, for Xperia T and Xperia V.

The new build has been recently certified at PTCRB and given the major bump from 9.1.A.X.XXX to 9.2.A.X.XXX in version, and we’re almost sure this is the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update.

There’s no indication that the update will be rolled out in the following days, but we expect it to go live no later than mid-January. Stay tuned for more info on the upcoming Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for Xperia T and Xperia V.
