It occupies a 5.25-inch bay and should already be shipping in Europe

Desktops usually end up with unused 5.25-inch bays, since few people see the point in owning more than one optical disk drive, so Xilence decided to put that empty space to good use.

What the company did was create the Dual-Drive Dock, a sort of drive enclosure that goes in a 5.25-inch bays, but holds two HDDs or SSDs instead.

Both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives are supported, and Xilence even added a pair of USB 3.0 ports for good measure.

Furthermore, the HDDs/SSDs are hot-swappable, so it's no big deal to shove in or take out one of the drive, or both, whether or not the PC happens to be running at the time.

European retailers should already have this thing up for sale at a price of 27.90 Euro, which translates into $36.53.
